the TX P5 Elite, a team based on Austin, Texas will be added to its growing list of expansion teams for the upcoming season. “We have long felt that Austin could be a great ABA city,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “And we have been waiting for just the right ownership group to put something very special together there. In Jonathan Clark and APEX P5 Elite Sports LLC, we found just that organization.”

APEX P5 ELITE SPORTS LLC is a for profit entity for the Texas Christian Youth Athletic Association a 501 (C)3 Non-Profit Organization that supports the youth throughout Central Texas. The Texas Christian Youth Athletic Association (TCYAA) which has served the Austin community since 2005. The TCYAA’s home base up until 2011 was Austin’s Premier Basketball Facility Hoop Zone. “We then transitioned over to the Shoreline Christian Center where we now reside along with the Round Rock Sports Complex and the Quarries Hyde Park Church facility in Austin,” added Jonathan Clark, owner and GM. “Partnering with the ABA is going to help maximize the exposure opportunities for this area of athletes for years to come.
